How to Have Healthy Kids

🌱 Get them into nature, teach them compassion, and expose them to a diversity of people, situations, and circumstances

πŸ’– Tell them you love them.  Constantly.  Affirm their positive qualities, strengths, and efforts. 

β›” Avoid toxic products, processed, sugary foods/high fructose corn syrup and unnecessary shots or medications

 πŸ§  Understand "tech neck," limit time on devices, model screen-free family and friend time

✨Trust and affirm their body's healing intelligence, question medical advice that doesn't make sense.  Do your research.

In the time I have spent in the world of chiropractic I have had the chance to meet a lot of "Chiro Kids."  And I'll tell you this--There is something special and alive in these babies.  They are joyful, healthy, aware, and rarely have any sick days!  In fact,  I hear all the time that the parents of these kids end up taking them out of days for "health days off"... because why not, the other kids all take sick days off. 

Parents, how would that be??

And I believe to my bones that this is the best gift you could ever give a child--to have a clear and healthy nervous system from day 1. You know why?  Because I've also had the honor of knowing some of these "Kids" as adults.  And they are very special people too.  Alive, awake, joyful, and healthy.  

It's not too late for adults to feel better, heal better, recover faster, and get sick less often.  But what's even better?  Keep them healthy when they are kids, so they don't show up to us broken later when they are adults.
