Your First Visit

Once you’ve registered for an appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our office, and a welcome call. You’ll be able to use a link to online forms, which you can fill out in the convenience of your home and submit back to us before your first meeting with Dr. Lara.

You’ll get all the information you need to prepare for your first visit with the doctor. There is no charge for this consultation. We will hear more about your unique situation and review your health history, your current concerns and what kind of health goals you’re hoping to meet. We will explain the fees associated with exams, and allow time for those exams following your consultation. Plan for about an hour for this visit. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable with us and feel a rapport with our office.

Your in-depth assessment at this visit may include.

• A neuro-spinal evaluation and computerized posture analysis.

• Nervous system scan technology

• X-rays, if necessary

Your Second Visit

During this appointment, Dr. Lara will DISCUSS your examination, scan and X-rays findings to help you understand the source of your problem. A customized care plan will be recommended and financial options will be discussed.

Having gathered and reviewed the information necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of what is going on inside, Dr. Lara will provide valuable information for you to best understand your examination, scan and X-rays findings. She will review your results to help you understand the root cause and you will receive your first Neuro-Spinal adjustment session. Recommendations for a customized care plan and cost-effective options will be discussed, so you can leave feeling empowered, excited, and confident that you are finally well on your way to a real solution.
