Chiropractic Is Her Life’s Work

Get the Big Idea! After chiropractic had transformed her life in many ways, Dr. Lara was considering chiropractic as a career. She attended a meeting with to learn more about the profession. For the first time in her life, she heard the major premise of chiropractic: A Universal Intelligence is in all matter and continually gives to it all its properties and actions, thus maintaining it in existence.

“When I heard that, I recognized that the spiritual vision of chiropractic was so much bigger than a simple physical health care system. It was at that moment that I knew chiropractic was my path to serve humanity at a greater level than ever before!”

But it wasn’t always easy. At the beginning of her training, Dr. Lara had a close family member endure an extreme health challenge. “He almost didn’t make it. It was scary, but it set me on fire! I knew that this was my calling, to keep others from having to face the extreme health challenges that he had to endure.”
