Mastering Menopause

It’s Menopause Awareness Month. Over the next decade it's projected for 47 million people per year to be entering menopause. So you probably know someone in this phase of life, and if you do, you probably know that for many there are some major quality of life challenges, as well as health risks that arise.

  • Hot flashes are a risk for cardiovascular disease, which is the #1 killer of women.

  • Women who are in menopause are more sensitive to stress as well as sleep disruption and insomnia. Hot flashes and stress both contribute to cognitive decline which is another concern with menopause.

Other concerns are:

…Gut health, inflammation, breast health, bone loss, joint pain…

It’s not surprising that this is one of the most asked for classes that I have ever done. I am excited to be partnering with a friend and talented health professional who also has heard the call to help support others in this way.

We are confident that women who attend this class can Master Menopause and empower their life by learning NATURAL wellness strategies for overcoming the challenges and risks of menopause. Can’t make the class? Make sure you register anyway (or shoot us an email) so you can get the information after it’s done. (BUT there will be some discounts and gifts for live attendees that you WON’T want to miss.)
